The Foundation recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and strives to protect such information in accordance with the following.

  1. 1. Use and Collection of Personal Information
    The Foundation specifies the purpose of use of personal information as much as possible, and does not handle personal information in excess of the required scope of achieving such purpose.
    In addition, the Foundation collects personal information by appropriate and fair means.
  2. 2. Appropriate and Safe Management of Personal Information
    The Foundation handles personal data such as its personal information data base with particular care, and adopts the necessary and appropriate measures such as appropriately supervising employees and contractors for safe management.
    In addition, the Foundation makes its best efforts to store accurate and up-to-date content.
  3. 3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
    The Foundation does not provide personal data to third parties without an individual’s consent, unless when prescribed by laws and regulations.
  4. 4. Disclosure, Amendment, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
    If the Foundation receives a request from an individual, we will promptly respond by disclosing, amending, or suspending the use, etc. of the individual’s personal data.
    In addition, if the Foundation receives a complaint from an individual in regard to the handling of personal information, we will respond in an appropriate and speedy manner.

    The Foundation complies with the laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information when handling personal information.

    The Foundation conducts training for employees to protect and appropriately manage personal information and ensures that personal information is handled in a thorough and appropriate manner during daily work duties.

    The Foundation strives to continually revise and improve the handling of personal information.

Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Foundation uses personal information for the following purposes.
- Work such as processing applications and approving of the use of halls and exhibition and training rooms, and issuing invoices for usage fees
- Work such as loaning the above facilities and providing directions for use
- Information regarding applications of use for advertising public performances
- Notifications of events such as public performances (direct mail and email, etc.)
- Advertising work for hosting and co-hosting events
- Conducting events such as public performances, exhibitions, and classes (including records and reports, etc.)
- Work relating to support from individuals and companies
- Work relating to the sale and provision of tickets, etc.
- Work relating to group sales
- Work relating to questionnaires and collection of comments
- Contracts, payments, and invoices for hall management and operations and public performances, etc.
- Work relating to the confirmation of the status of facility operations by monitoring cameras for safety management
- Contracts, payments, and invoices relating to the operation of the Foundation
- Work relating to the hiring of staff
- Administrative processing in relation to requests for the disclosure of information (contacting the requesting individual, etc.)
